Ruling Says Samsung Did Not Infringe on NVIDIA’s Patents

In September of 2014 we saw a claim from NVIDIA that said both Samsung and Qualcomm infringed on the company’s graphics card patents that they owned. However, Judge Thomas Pender has cleared Samsung of this claim on two of its alleged patent infringements. A 3rd patent was infringed on, but the judge ruled that patent as invalid because it was not a new invention.
